Terms of Use and End User Licence Agreement

These Terms of Use form a binding agreement between you and Anzen Insurance Broking Pvt Ltd and govern your use of the Anzen Drives app and services.

  1. Agreement to these terms: By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms.
  2. Who may use the Service: Must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid driving licence.
  3. Your account: You are responsible for account security. Notify us at support@anzen.global of any breach.
  4. Licence to use the app: Personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable revocable licence to use on Apple-branded devices.
  5. Your content: You keep ownership of User Content and grant us a licence to host, store, and display it.
  6. Objectionable content and abusive behaviour: ZERO TOLERANCE for objectionable content or abusive users. Unlawful, threatening, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, defamatory, or infringing content is strictly prohibited. Violators will have content removed and accounts terminated.
  7. Reporting content and blocking users: Report controls on every item, or email support@anzen.global. Blocking hides content and prevents contact.
  8. Moderation of routes: Public routes are reviewed before publication.
  9. Things you must not do: Do not interact while driving, race, scrape, probe, or build competing products.
  10. Location features and group drives: Recording collects location; group drives share live position.
  11. Suggested and generated routes: AI/automated suggestions may be incorrect; verify before driving.
  12. Our content and marks: Software and branding belong to Anzen Insurance Broking Pvt Ltd.
  13. Copyright complaints: Send notices to support@anzen.global.
  14. Driving safety and your own judgement: You are responsible for how you drive. Do not operate app while moving.
  15. Termination: You may stop anytime; we may suspend for breaches.
  16. Disclaimers: Provided 'as is' without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  17. Limitation of liability: Total liability limited to greater of amount paid in 12 months or $100 USD.
  18. Indemnity: You agree to indemnify Anzen Insurance Broking Pvt Ltd. from claims arising from your use or content.
  19. Governing law and disputes: Governed by the laws of {{GOVERNING_LAW}}, venue in India.
  20. Terms that apply because the app comes from the App Store: Agreement between you and Anzen Insurance Broking Pvt Ltd, not Apple.
  21. Changes to these terms: Notice given 7 days before material changes take effect.
